Dr. José Natalio Redondo is a native of the city of Puerto Plata, where he resides with his family.
He is an internist and cardiologist and has been one of the main promoters of Medical Tourism, through its national network of medical services Grupo Rescue, located in all tourist regions of the country.
His extensive resume also includes been the founding president of the Puerto Plata Destination Tourism Cluster, and a member of the Dominican Council for Tourist Competitiveness (CDCT).
For many years he was linked to the financial sector, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Reserve Bank of the Dominican Republic, and of the Northern Association of Savings and Loans.
He is Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Plata Industrial Free Zone Corporation. He also leads a family consortium with investments in hotels, real estate, livestock and fuel stations.
